Welcome to my world of fashion and career development. I’m DeNeisha, an Adjunct
Professor at both Sam Houston State University and Johnson & Wales University. My
mission is to empower fashion students pursuing their degrees and professionals
seeking new opportunities within the industry.

Fashion Career

A Decade of Retail Expertise

With over a decade of hands-on experience in the retail sector, I've had the privilege of working with some of the world's leading brands. My journey began with a Bachelor's degree in Fashion Marketing, and I later pursued a Master's in Business Administration with a focus on Management. This combination of education and practical experience has been instrumental in shaping my career.

Versatile Roles in the Fashion Industry

Throughout my career, I've worn many hats, each contributing to my multifaceted skill set. From entrepreneurship to managing brand projects, I've been a Luxury Visual Merchandiser, provided operational support, and served as a Luxury Sales Support specialist, among other roles. This diversity has enriched my understanding of the fashion industry from various angles.

The Birth of Fashion Career Association

My passion for fashion and my desire to support others in their career journeys led me to establish the Fashion Career Association. This platform is a hub for fashion students, academics, and professionals to connect, learn, and grow. It's a place where we can collectively navigate the dynamic and ever-evolving world of fashion.
